If the film won’t play for you and we can’t fix it, we’ll refund your rental in full. Email ashbournefilms@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout.

If you haven’t pressed “Start watching” yet and change your mind, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once your viewing window has started, we can’t otherwise offer refunds.
